Roger is available to accept a limited number of speaking engagements for ministry conferences, organizational seminars, and churches.
KEY LEADERS INTENSIVE
A Key Leaders Intensive will be a direction changing moment for your organization. For ministries, churches, or nonprofits, Roger leads a group based diagnostic consulting session that focuses on both organizational needs and individual leadership patterns – but most importantly, how they blend together. Held over two days, the concentrated training will equip a small group of leaders with the skills, leadership outlook, and applications of The Longview. Ideally sessions should include no more than a dozen leaders who are prepared to deal candidly with the pressing issues, opportunity priorities, and culture development of your organization. Participants need to block their schedules in order to give full energy to the sessions: beginning with lunch on the first day, working through the evening, and concluding after lunch the second day.
